To improve the store efficiency and the customer experience they invested in a new sustainable storage solution in their new store in Gothenburg. In the heart of the city center of Gothenburg, you will find the new Nudie Jeans store. We met with the store manager, Clara Törnmarck, who enthusiastically shared her experience with their new mobile storage system from Bruynzeel.
The benefits of retail mobile shelving solutions
In Nudie Jeans previous' store, they had their storage in their basement and only having traditional static shelves on the shop floor. With the new system, Nudie Jeans not only optimize valuable retail space but they also improve the customer experience. They can now display their entire stock of jeans conveniently behind the cashier's counter. This not only eliminates the need for a separate stock somewhere else, but also creates a more streamlined shopping environment. Nudie Jeans employees can now fully engage with their customers, not leaving them behind to find correct sizes in a basement. This has also benefitted the store in the amount of thefts. They never loose contact with the customer, which also enriches the customer experience.
“The benefit of having a mobile storage is of course the easy access and keeping the jeans in the mobile storage instead of static shelves. It makes it easier for us, not having to run down to the basement, and losing contact with the customer up here.
